This incident resulted in the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

An additional two individuals have been arrested in connection with a robbery at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to police.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the incident, two women had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was among the those hurt in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later discharged.

Officers detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault near the scene. He has since been released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were alerted at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of a number of people injured by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The assault - which police said was a standalone incident and not considered an act of terror - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
