Site blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created development schemes to transform the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key identifying distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including plans for marina coverings.
Additional images released as part of the continuing investigative process.
